How does the free trial work?

To start a free trial, you just need to set up an account. Within 24 working hours you will be given access to Nubitalk’s features including all types of media channels, when you choose to try the Professional Plan. Communications are not included in the trial but you may buy them directly from the self-management portal.

What happens when the trial ends?

Before your trial ends, you will receive an email to help you choose one of our plans, and keep using Nubitalk. If you don’t change to any of our plans within 30 days, your account will be deactivated and you will no longer be able to interact with your customers.

Can I change plans anytime?

Yes, you start free and you can change plans anytime.

Can I cancel my subscription?

If you pay your subscription on a monthly basis, the cancellation will take effect immediately after you finish your last paid period. In case you have an annual subscription plan, the cancellation will take effect at the end of your contract term.

What is an agent?

An agent is anyone in your company that will interact with customers. Our pricing is based on concurrent agents (simultaneously logged in, not the number of overall agents you might have).

Can I use my own phone number?

Yes, you can port your own phone number or buy as many as you want from a list of 145+ countries.

Can I integrate Nubitalk with my CRM?

Yes, Nubitalk provides off-the-shelf integrations with leading CRM solutions such as Microsoft Dynamics, SugarCRM and Salesforce. If you wish to integrate with different CRM solutions, please contact us.

What are my payment options?

You can subscribe to our plans as a prepaid, using a Paypal account, or as a post-paid account. If you wish to convert your account into a post-paid one, please get in touch with us.

What are the bandwidth requirements for Nubitalk?
